Beth is officially a dairy-free mom, and for our family that's a significant sacrifice. I hope Sam will get over his intolerance of dairy as he ages so he doesn't miss out on one of life's great gustatory pleasures. Speaking of cheese, there's a new (to us) cheese store on Main Street in Concord. A few weeks back our friend Kelly brought over three delicious cheeses from the store, and said that the "cheese guy" was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I don't know that we'll be able to pull of a post every day in November like Ann and Sadie, but I'll try to make updates more frequently than I have.

Samuel met his great grandfather Pip this weekend. Pip was nice enough to come over with Samuel's Grandad Hiram to install a generator that will keep our heat on all winter long, even when the lights go out. No one thought we'd have it installed in one day, but we did it.

This weekend has been beautiful. I hope all you New Englanders were able to get out and enjoy this amazing weather.
