![]() Sutton, New Hampshire Let's hear it for February vacation. I know it's going to go fast, but this is a much needed break. I think I'm finally going to go skiing this winter, and we've just had a nice snow storm to improve conditions.

![]() Newbury, New Hampshire Beth is away this week, so I've been doing my best to stay occupied in her absence. That has included watching a couple movies she wouldn't approve of, as well as driving around to the back of Kezar lake for a walk with Mable. Beth returns on Wednesday, so I have some cleaning to do before then. This has happened before.

![]() Sutton, New Hampshire Things have been pretty dreary in Sutton, but this weekend we had visitors and a bit blue sky to bring some good cheer our way. Beth's roommates from UNH, Megan and Sarah, brought their families over for a Friday night of pizza and guitar playing -- Sarah's two young daughters loved my guitars, but wished we had drums and a piano too. I totally agree with them.Melissa and John stopped by Saturday to beat us at two Scrabble variation games, one of which we learned from Megan a long time ago. They headed out early so that Melissa could go skiing at Cannon, where it was 43-degrees and raining. She smartly decided to bag the trip. Finally, if you're ever in New London and want a good cup of coffee and wireless internet, go to Jack's. { Sunday, February 05, 2006 | Comment # } |
