After reading this rant about the Westin I realized that my five-night stay at the Westin in Boston cost the equivalent of two month's rent, and my twenty TOLL FREE calls cost twice as much as our normal monthly phone bill. The hot tub and pool were nice, and so was the "Heavenly Bed", but I'm glad I didn't have to pay the bill.
