On the first day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "Is this where I come to get Help?"

On the second day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "I just lost my senior thesis;
Is this where I come to get Help?"

On the third day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "There's a thing on my screen,
I just lost my senior thesis;
Is this where I come to get Help?"

On the fourth day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "Have you got a paper clip?
There's a thing on my screen,
I just lost my senior thesis;
Is this where I come to get Help?"

On the fifth day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "'Application unexpectedly quit.' (What does that mean?)
Have you got a paper clip?
There's a thing on my screen,
I just lost my senior thesis;
Is this where I come to get Help?"

On the sixth day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "They're out of VendaCards.
'Application unexpectedly quit.' (What does that mean?)
Have you got a paper clip?
There's a thing on my screen,
I just lost my senior thesis;
Is this where I come to get Help?"

On the seventh day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "How do you download to a Z-19?
They're out of VendaCards.
'Application unexpectedly quit.' (What does that mean?)
Have you got a paper clip?
There's a thing on my screen,

Is this where I come to get Help?"

On the eighth day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "My apple is exploding!

They're out of VendaCards.

On the ninth day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "What does WDEF mean?
My apple is exploding!

They're out of VendaCards.

There's a thing on my screen,

On the tenth day of reading period, a user called on me,

And said, "What's the SunLab number?
What does WDEF mean?
My apple is exploding!
How do you download to a Z-19?
They're out of VendaCards.
'Application unexpectedly quit.' (What does that mean?)
Have you got a paper clip?
There's a thing on my screen,
I just lost my senior thesis;
Is this where I come to get Help?"

On the eleventh day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "What does 'fatal error' mean?
Do you make house calls?
What does WDEF mean?
My apple is exploding!
How do you download to a Z-19?
They're out of VendaCards.
'Application unexpectedly quit.' (What does that mean?)
Have you got a paper clip?
There's a thing on my screen,
I just lost my senior thesis;
Is this where I come to get Clue?"

On the twelfth day of reading period, a user came up to me,

And said, "Actually, I just need pi."
[Pause--consultants look at each other and respond in four part harmony]
"Three point one four one five
Nine two six five three five
Eight nine seven nine three
Two three eight four six two
Six four three three eight three
Two seven nine five oh
Two eight eight four!
One nine seven one six
Nine three nine nine three
Seven five one one.
Now get a clue: we don't support trig!"
