    News:

  • Brown's winning streak came to an end Saturday March 21 with a 4-1 loss to New Hampshire in the finals of the inaugural Women's National Championship. Three Brown players were named to the all-tournament team: Goalie Ali Brewer '00, forward Carly Regnier '99, and Cara Gardner '01 on defense.

  • The Bears pulled out an exciting 4-3 upset victory Sunday March 15 to take the 1998 ECAC Tournament Championship! Goaltender Ali Brewer '00 was named Tournament MVP.

  • The All-ECAC Teams were announced on Saturday, March 14, two Brown players were honored: Goalie Ali Brewer '00 to the second team and Tamra Jones '00 was an honorable mention.

  • The All-Ivy Team was announced on Friday, March 5, and six Brown players made the list, including Jordan Jiskra '00 and Tamra Jones '00 on the first team.

    News:

  • The 1998 awards were announced on Friday, April 17. Captain Damian Prescott '98, Bob Quinnell '98, Jeff Holowaty '98 and Jon Zielinski '01 all took home awards. Paul Giblin '99 was also named captain of next year's squad.

  • The All-ECAC Teams were announced on Wednesday, March 18. Four Brown players were honored: Damian Prescott '98 made the first team, while Jimmy Andersson '98 made the second team. Goalie Scott Stirling '00 and Jon Zielinski '01 were honorable mentions. Coach Roger Grillo was runner-up for the Coach of the Year award.
